               At Wawlyn Insurance, we understand that when a loss occurs, time and clarity matter. That’s why we’ve made our claims process smooth, supportive, and digital-friendly because your peace of mind is our priority.

               In the event of a claim, we encourage you to notify us as quickly as possible by completing the interim claim notification form. This is a key requirement before any liability can be admitted under your policy. Once we receive your notification, you will automatically receive an email guiding you to our online settlement platform, a quick and user-friendly space designed to take you through the settlement journey.

A dedicated member from our Wawlyn Insurance Claims Department will personally assist you at each step.

To ensure a faster settlement, we strongly recommend:

  • Submitting all necessary documents and information without delay.
  • Taking and keeping clear photographs of the loss or damage before anything is
    disturbed (if safe to do so).
  • Taking reasonable measures to prevent further damage or loss.
  • Preserving our recovery rights by addressing a demand letter to the responsible party,
    if applicable.
